Crossroads Western Australia is an agency of the Uniting Church in Australia, Synod of Western Australia.

That adults with an intellectual disability, and their carers, will have the opportunity to create a lifestyle and future that God desires for them and they desire for themselves.

To provide a Christian setting to meet the recreational and social needs of adults with an intellectual disability.
Our mission is based on the following principles:
- a belief that all people have the potential for growth and development;
- a respect for the rights of individuals to make their own choices and to be responsible for those choices;
- an understanding of the principles and objectives of the WA Disability Services Act 1993;
- a commitment to working in partnership with all stakeholders;
- a commitment not to permit people within its care to be exploited; and
- a belief in the principles of best practice while striving continually to improve all aspects of its operations.
