Holidays Crossroads provides holidays and tours designed for people with physical & intellectual disabilities who may need some assistance and/or supervision whilst holidaying. Qualified and experienced volunteers who are familiar with assisting people supervise the tours and holidays. Accessible travel for all We provide local, national and international holidays. We tailor relaxing or adventurous holidays for people with all ranges of abilities from the independent to those requiring 1:1 support. We can tailor a holiday for people with acquired brain injuries, those requiring a travel companion, the frail or elderly and families in need of respite support. Our friendly, compassionate and professional leaders work hard to make sure you enjoy a fun-filled, hassle free holiday. It's about care & trust We place great value in the individual care and support we provide our guests. We take the time to get to know each and every individual who comes away with us, and although we operate in a group environment, there is always plenty of one-on-one time to make sure people get the most out of every holiday. We like to know what people do for fun, what music you listen to, who your favourite teams are and what movies you like; and try to include these in our holiday program whenever we can. Leaders, some who have had over fifty years experience within the disability sector, are the key facilitators of the group holidays and work to provide not only enjoyable holidays, but to ensure our guests feel comfortable and secure in their surroundings. Our holidays are geared towards people who are over 18 with a mild to moderate intellectual disability. Our holidays are medium paced and require moderate mobility due to the activities we participate in.
